Apply Texas application at www.applytexas.org, plus application fee of $75 |

Official GRE or GMAT score to Sam Houston State University |

Once you have been accepted for admission:
If transferring from another U.S. college/university, submit International Student Advisor’s Report (http://www.shsu.edu/~int_www/prospective/documents/INTERNATIONAL%20STUDENT%20ADVISORS%20REPORT.pdf) to current international student advisor along with acceptance letter from SHSU |

Activate your computer account through My Sam. Contact IT@SAM Helpdesk at 936-294- 1950 for assistance |

Contact Amber Li (amberli@shsu.edu) to complete your Airport Pick-up Form |

Apply for housing |

Contact your academic advisor. A listing of programs can be found on the Graduate Studies Website |

Visit www.shsu.edu/~reg_www/howtoregister/ for information on registration for your courses |

Pay your tuition and fees by the deadline stated on your fee statement. To pay in person, visit the Estill Building – Suite 103 |
|

|
Submit proof of meningitis vaccination at least 10 days prior to the first class day or 10 days prior to move-in date if living on campus. Documentation should be sent to the SHSU Health Center, additional information can be found by visiting www.shsu.edu/meningitis |

Attend mandatory international student orientation |
|
Check-in at Office of International Programs, Farrington 116, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the following documents: |
