It is developed through knowledge of the Brother and experiences that you share with one another. I have learned much more about it when I got together with my pledge brothers and talk about whatever is on our minds and the difference is, that when my brothers listen to me, it doesn't go in one ear and out the other. They care! And so do I. We have developed a bond that can never be separated."
