Each episode has been identified by the editors of the web-version.  Write a one-sentence description of each of the episodes in the Perralut version to create an outline of the story.

List any differences in plot between the two stories.  Look at each episode in each version.   Are they identical?

Compare the way the stepmother is portrayed in the two stories.

Contrast the language used in the two stories.  Perrault's version is a translation from the French.  Is there anything in the language that makes it apparent it is a translation?Give specific examples.
