On-line Field Experience Profile
It is recommended that students include Field Experience Profile information in their paper or electronic Portfolio to share with perspective employers. Instructors will verify submission of Field Experience Profiles electronically and may require students to complete assignments and submit a printable version from the On-line Field Experience Profile. Failure to submit the On-line Field Experience Profile will result in students not receiving credit for the course. (*As of Spring 2005, students participating in Level I Field Experience are required to submit Field Experience Profiles.)

How to Access and Navigate the Field Experience Profile:
- Log onto Tk20 (https://tk20.shsu.edu) using your log-in.
- Select the "Artifacts" tab.
- Click "Create" on the left-side menu.
- Select "Field Experience Profile" in the drop down menu.
- Answer all the questions displayed.
- When you are finished, click "Save"
*It is very important that you create a "Field Experience Profile" in Tk20 for every course that required Field Experience and for every campus where you completed your Field Experiences.*
Instructors may require assignments to be completed and printed through the Field Experience Profile.
NOTE: THE FIELD EXPERIENCE PROFILE IS SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY. YOU DO NOT SUBMIT A HARD COPY TO THE OFFICE OF FIELD EXPERIENCE, ONLY TO YOUR INSTRUCTOR.
