On-line Field Experience Profile
It is recommended that students include Field Experience Profile information in their paper or electronic Portfolio to share with perspective employers. Instructors will verify submission of Field Experience Profiles electronically and may require students to complete assignments and submit a printable version from the On-line Field Experience Profile. Failure to submit the On-line Field Experience Profile will result in students not receiving credit for the course. (*As of Spring 2005, students participating in Level I Field Experience are required to submit Field Experience Profiles.)

How to Access and Navigate the Field Experience Profile:
- Log onto SamWeb (https://ww2.shsu.edu) using the "Preferred Login."
- Select "Student Records" and then "Field Experience Profile"
- Select "Add to Profile."
- A series of pull down boxes will appear and you will be able to select the SHSU course, the school district, and school campus for this F.E. entry.
- In the "Hours" box, enter the number of hours of F.E. completed at the school
- In the "Field Experience Profile: Comments" box, enter your reflections related to your F.E there.
- On "Field Experience Profile: Upload Your AEIS File", select "browse", go to your saved AEIS file for this campus and select "open." Enter any comments you may have about the report in the text box. It is recommended that students attach the AEIS reports to the Field Experience Profile, but it is not required.
- A screen should appear indicating your profile has been saved.
- On the left hand box select "Field Experience Profile: Home" to begin another entry for another campus.
Instructors may require assignments to be completed and printed through the Field Experience Profile.
NOTE: THE FIELD EXPERIENCE PROFILE IS SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY. YOU DO NOT SUBMIT A HARD COPY TO THE OFFICE OF FIELD EXPERIENCE.
