Documentation and credentials for Level I Field Experience will include Field Experience Identification Badges provided by the Office of Field Experience, Documentation Logs signed by campus staff or administration, Academic Excellence Indicator System (AEIS) Reports from the Texas Education Agency Website (if required), and an on-line Field Experience Profile.
