Registration & Administration Information
SHSU Representative Form (Practice Test) Registration & payment deadline is four work/weekdays before administration of the Representative Form (Practice Test). Similar to the official TExES administration, the deadline to register is firm, and students should not request or expect changes to be made after the deadline.
Saturday Administrations:
- Representative Form (Practice Test) Registration opens approximately 2 & 1/2 weeks before the Representative Form date, closes 4 workdays before administration. Registration closes at 5:00 p.m. on the deadline date.
- NOTE: SHSU Representative Forms will are administered by the staff of the SHSU Testing Center (NEW-FALL 2009)
- Registration and Payment is made through the SHSU Testing Center (NEW - SUMMER 2010)
- Students should arrive no later than 7:30 am at the Lee Drain Bldg atrium. (NEW-FALL 2009) This is the check - in time. Test administration will take place when check-in and administrative tasks are completed.
- Students should receive feedback on their Representative Form (Practice Test) within a few weeks
2010 - 2011 Representative Form (Practice Tests) and TExES Exams (paper-based) schedule is subject to change. Please check back often for updates.

SHSU Representative Form fees are $8 per exam. Registration and Payment is made through the SHSU Testing Center (Beginning August 22, 2011, the registration/administration fee will increase to $15 per test).
"Weekday Representative Forms" may also be offered during the week for select students in some "blocked" courses.
