Learner Centered Climate

The ability to establish a climate where the needs of the learner are first is paramount to being a successful administrator. By being present to address issues and answer questions is an important aspect in developing a supportive climate.

The following artifacts document my efforts to work in partnership with students, parents, teachers and community members in an attempt to establish a climate where learning is first and foremost.
