CAROLE YVONNE SOARE

earned her B.A. in teaching, majoring in art
and psychology at Sam Houston State
University in 1982. More recently she has
earned graduate hours at Sam Houston
studying aquamedia under Texas State
Artist Harry Ahysen,and participated in a
workshop in Dream Painting in Houston.
In January 1999, she was certified as a Master
Teacher in the Michael Wilcox School of Color,
and is now available to conduct workshops in this
revolutionary approach to color mixing for artists.

She has traveled extensively and studied
art in Germany, the Virgin Islands, and
Houston. Her work has been seen in
numerous exhibitions,and won awards
in the annual juried show hosted by the
Cooperative of Women Artists of
Huntsville,Texas, of which she is a
founding member.
