Sam Houston State University is proud to announce the construction phase of the new $38.5 million Performing Arts Center. The structure will contain over 91,000 square feet of space and will house entirely new facilities for the Dance Program including a 150-seat dance theatre, four spacious studios, dressing rooms, faculty offices, computer lab and costume facilities. In addition, both the School of Music and the Theatre Program will expand to include new performance venues, instructional space, production facilities and faculty offices.
