Event Support:
Special events are activities hosted by the university that are of a non-academic nature. These events include technology and support services for meetings, performances, presentations and athletic activities. Our services are available to university personnel, student organizations and university co-sponsored external organizations.
How to request equipment and services for a Special Event:
Requests for our special event technology and services require direct contact with James Van Roekel, Director of Academic Instructional Technology and Distance Learning, during the planning stages of an event. We ask for a minimum of 2 weeks advanced notice in order to confirm availability of equipment and personnel.
