How to Make Payment
There are several methods available to pay your school expenses. We recommend mailing in your payment or paying online through SamWeb. As the beginning of each semester approaches phone lines become busy and the wait time for paying in person is longer than usual.
-Pay Online - Students pay through "Charges and Payments" located in SamWeb's financial information link
Parents pay through the Parent BearKat Account
-Pay by Phone - Call 936-294-1083 or 1-866-bearkat (232-7528)
-Pay in Person - Monday through Friday, 8 AM until 5 PM in room 103 of Estill Classroom Building
-Night Drop - located outside of room 103 in Estill Classroom Building
