How to Make Payment
There are several methods available to pay your school expenses. We recommend mailing in your payment or paying online. As the beginning of each semester approaches, phone lines become busy and the wait time for paying in person is longer than usual.
-Pay by Check

-Pay Online - Spring 2011 and prior terms:
- Students pay through "Charges and Payments" located in SamWeb's financial information link.
- Parents pay through the Parent BearKat Account.
Summer 2011 and future terms:
- Students pay through My Sam. Link to the "My Account" tab and access your balance by term..
- Parents pay through the new Authorized User access in the Student Account Center (If you previously had access to the Parent BearKat
Account, new access will have to be granted by your student to the Student Account Center.)
Online payments may be made with E-Check, pinless debit, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
-Pay in Person - Monday through Friday, 8 AM until 5 PM in room 103 of Estill Classroom Building
Cash, checks, money orders, traveler's checks, debit transactions (PIN required) are accepted.
*Please note that all credit card payments should be made online*
-Night Drop - Located outside of room 103 in Estill Classroom Building
Checks, money orders, and cashier's checks are accepted in the Night Drop. Please do not leave cash in the Night Drop.
