Important Dates for Mini Session 2008

Payment Dates:

Advance Registration: by 4pm on May 8, 2008 to avoid loss of schedule
Regular Registration: by 4pm on May 14, 2008 to avoid loss of schedule
Late Registration: by 4pm on May 16, 2008 to avoid loss of schedule

The installment plan is not available for Mini Session Courses.


Important Notice Concerning Students Enrolled for Summer I and Mini-Session Courses
ALL Mini-Session courses must be paid for by the above applicable due date in order to avoid loss of the student schedule.   Financial aid will not be available to be applied to mini-session balances.   Students receiving financial aid for Summer I will have a protected payment status (payment deferred to June 2, 2008) on the fee statement.  This protected status only applies to the Summer I tuition and fees payment, not to the Mini-Session tuition and fees payment.  Please refer all questions to the Cashier's Office.

If you increase your semester credit hours after you make your initial tuition/fees payment, you must pay the additional amount owed by the deadline below

4:00 pm; May 16, 2008
Non-payment by due date results in class(es) dropped. The Chair of the Department of the dropped classes must give approval in order to re-add the deleted course(s) to your schedule.

Credit card payments are accepted on or before the due date. Please call 936.294.1083 or 1.866.BEARKAT between 8am and 4pm with your Visa or MasterCard Information. You may also pay by credit card online.
