I served as the CAPST Vice President in 1995-1996, and is now CAPST's President.

I graduated in 1982 from Mechanical Engineering Department of Da Qing Petroleum Institute. In 1984, I received a Naval Engineering degree from Texas A&M University. Later in 1989, I received my Mechanical Engineering Doctorate degree again from Texas A&M University and stayed as a Visiting Assistant Professor for a year.

I am currently employed with The M.W. Kellog Company.
