I was the 1994-1995 CAPST's Vice President, 1995-1996 CAPST's President, and is currently serving as a CAPST consultant.
In 1982, I graduated from Qing Hua University Mechanics Engineering Department. In 1985, I came to the States and studied at Rice University Civil Engineering Department and received both my Master's and Doctorate degrees there.
As a registered Civil Engineer in Texas, I am employed in Bechtel Corp. as a Senior Engineer. Currently, I am a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
