Chen, Qiang (Ph.D.)

I was CAPST's Vice President during the 1995-1996 term and is currently serving in the same position.
Before coming to the States, I worked at Chinese National Earthquake Forecast Center. From 1987-1992, I studied at Stanford University; there I received both my Master's and Doctorate degrees in Geological Physics.
Right now, I am working for Western Atlas International. My forte includes Geological Physical analysis and software development.
