Charlotte Meador, a veteran public relations executive with over 30 years in both for-profit and non-profit public relations, holds a degree in liberal arts from Louisiana Tech in Ruston, LA, and a master degree in Public Relations Studies from the University of Houston. Early in her career, she worked in both radio and television in Shreveport, LA. Since then she has held corporate management positions in government affairs/lobbying, financial relations, media management, and crisis response for a Fortune 500 company. In addition, she has over 10 years in executive management in the health care field, including emergency management, fundraising, and corporate strategic planning. During her career, she has spent a total of 8 years as a university-level instructor in public relations and government.
