Tk20 is an online database used by the SHSU College of Education. Two of its main functions are to provide reports for internal program and unit improvement as well as reports used for accreditation.
Using Tk20, students can upload key assignments and then see the standards and the faculty assessment. Students also use Tk20 to apply for specific programs and complete surveys.
Faculty are able to send key assignments out to students and then assess their work. Professors can also track student progress in assessments in particular programs or over periods of time.
Field Experience Binders are also created in Tk20 for students doing student teaching or other clinical practice, keeping all of the relevant assessments grouped together.
