Kate Borcherding
Professor Indiana University M.F.A. Art Building A, R103 936.294.1323 art_mkb@shsu.edu Teaching Area: Printmaking My own studio work is idea based and manifests itself in the media that will address the idea the strongest. I lead an active studio life in printmaking and often cross disciplines into bookmaking, photo, digital media, painting/drawing, ceramics, collage and collaborative work. Possessing an ability to move easily between mediums challenges my approach to making prints and keeps me in the "what if?" questioning mode.
