Alumni Association sets date for 2010 New York Alumni and Friends Event

The SHSU Alumni Association has set the date for the annual New York Alumni and Friends Dinner for Friday, December 10, 2010.  A travel package has been put together for alumni and friends interested in traveling to New York during the Christmas season. 

This year, we have moved lodging accommodations to the Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers (web link below) just a short distance from Times Square and Central Park:

Again, for the 2nd consecutive year we will host our alumni and friends dinner at the '21' Club on Friday, Dec. 10th.  This is just one block from The Sheraton Hotel and Towers.

New York Alumni and Friends Travel Package

If you are interested in this package, or know of other alumni or friends, who may be interested please contact the Office of Alumni Relations at (936) 294-1841.  Only twelve (12) rooms have been secured at The Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers and they will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis . A $250 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your airfare and lodging.  Deposits must be received by Sept. 1st and payment in-full must be received by Oct. 15th.
