Workplace Chemical List

It is the Policy of Sam Houston State University to establish and maintain a workplace chemical list of hazardous chemicals used or stored in the workplace in excess of 55 gallons or 500 pounds. The workplace chemical list should be kept next to the master file of MSDS sheets in the workplace and by the Department of Public Safety. A copy of the list is readily available for employees and their representatives upon request.
