“I have had an outstanding experience with the International Literacy program at Sam Houston University. It has given me the knowledge, tools and confidence to achieve both my career and educational goals. In fact, since starting the program many exciting things have developed. I have been invited to give literacy related presentations at international conferences in Oman, Dubai, Cairo, Malaysia and Thailand. The professors in the international literacy program have been extremely supportive, encouraging and helpful in all these endeavors and I simply couldn’t have done it without their encouragement.”
