The Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction is designed for teachers interested in researching, developing and implementing curriculum changes to support student achievement. This program allows teachers to focus on curriculum methodology, pedagogy, and theoretical applications and how to apply these skills in the classroom.
This Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction program is designed for students who already have a teacher certification. The program prepares students to teach dual credit courses and/or courses at the community college. In collaboration with an adviser in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction the student will develop an individual plan consistent with the student’s interest and needs.

The Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction program is completed online, except for occasional research meetings and some minor coursework if certain minors are selected.
