Description

The Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology is designed to produce effective practitioners and also prepares students for further graduate study and/or junior college teaching. The Clinical Track has two plans:

  • Plan I - 45 hours of coursework and a Master’s thesis
  • Plan II – a non-thesis option that involves 48 hours of study.

Application Requirements


  1. Graduate Admissions Application
  2. Application Fee
  3. Official transcript from the baccalaureate degree granting institution
  4. 18 hours of undergraduate Psychology that includes a course in Research Methods and a course in Statistics
  5. Minimum 3.0 undergraduate GPA
  6. Personal statement
  7. Three recommendation letters with waiver forms
  8. Official GRE scores
  9. Official score report of the Advanced Psychology Test of the GRE (recommended but not required)
