ART OF TEACHING SERIES: BEST PRACTICES FROM A MASTER EDUCATOR
The Great Courses: The Art of Teaching: Best Practices from a Master Educator
-Patrick N Allitt, Ph.D. (Emory University)
Teaching is no easy task. It is an art form; one that requires craft, sensitivity, creativity, and intelligence. Whether your classroom consists of 3 students of 300, it is important to be as effective and successful a teacher as possible, both for the education of your students and for your own professional and personal growth.
The Professional and Academic Center for Excellence (PACE) and the Department of Foreign Language (FOLA) are cosponsoring a series of presentations to improve lecturing.
