OneCard ships to all students when the following three
conditions are met:
- SHSU
has a photo on file. You can verify this by visiting
SamWeb ID photo verification. If you
do not have a photo on file, please visit the OneCard
office (LSC, Suite 330) to have a photo taken.
If
you are unable to visit the Bearkat OneCard office to
have
your photo taken you may Request
A Bearkat
OneCard online.
All
incoming students are required to provide a valid,
unexpired, government issued photo ID when requesting
a Bearkat OneCard.
Acceptable forms
of ID:

Driver's License (including state-issued temporary
or provisional
licenses
with photos)
- State-Issued
Identification Card
- Military-Issued
Identification Card
- Coast
Guard Merchant Marine Card
- U.S.
or Foreign-Issued Passport

Resident Card (i.e., Green Card, Resident Ailen Card)

of Naturalization
- SHSU
has a valid shipping address on file. You can verify
this by visiting SamWeb
address change. From September through
April, cards are shipped to the local address field.
During the remaining months cards are shipped to the
permanent address field. If you don't have an address
in the local field, all cards will ship to the permanent
address.
- You
are enrolled for classes for the current or upcoming
semester.
Once
all three conditions have been met, your OneCard order
generally processes on the next business day and arrives
at your shipping address in seven to ten days. If you
haven't received your OneCard within two weeks, please
contact the OneCard office immediately. |
