Remember Your Refund Preference? Want to Change
Your Selection?
The
Choice is Always Yours!!
1.)Cardholders
can view their current financial refund selection by
logging into their www.bearkatone.higheroneaccount.com
profile. For assistance with logging into your
account or troubleshooting problems, contact the Bearkat
OneCard Office at (936) 294- CARD or Higher One at 1-877-BEARKAT.
2.)Once
logged on to your account, Select the Financial
Refunds tab at the top of the page. Remember,
if you are unsure and have questions on the various
refund options, the Bearkat OneCard Services office
is available to assist every cardholder in selecting
the refund option that works best for that cardholder.
3.)Your
current Refund Preference will be highlighted in the
Orange Box in the center of the page.
4.)
If you wish to change this option, simple click next
to one of the three disbursement options listed below.
- Remember,
to select Easy Refund you must open a One Account.
- If
selecting an ACH, be sure to complete the REQUIRED
ACH form, and bring it to the Bearkat OneCard Office
so that it can be faxed to Higher One.
- If
you are selecting a Check Option, be sure that you
have a correct address on file with the Bearkat OneAccount
at www.bearkatone.higheroneaccount.com. This is a different address
listing from SAM Web. Both should be updated
each time you relocate addresses.
