Beto Chair Lecture - How to Be a Crime Analyst:" featuring Marcus Felson, a professor at Texas State University, from 9:30-11 a.m. in the Criminal Justice Center's Hazel B. Kerper Courtroom. Felson developed the routine activities theory, which said that crime is relatively unaffected by social cause.
