Beto Chair Lecture, Dr. Scott H. Decker

Dr. Scott H. Decker, a Foundation Professor and Director of the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Arizona State University, will be the featured speaker for the Beto Chair Lecture Series on Nov. 28 at 9:30 a.m. in the Hazel B.
