One thing you can't leave home without: My iPhone.

Why did you choose SHSU?: I choose SHSU because of the tradition and pride that was displayed on campus and by people who attended this university.

One of the ways I show Bearkat pride is by: By just being there to help others when its needed.

What has surprised you most about yourself since you came to SHSU?: How fast I was able to mature as an individual while handling the pressure of college. This is due to the support I've gotten from the people I've met at SHSU.

What advice would you give incoming students?: Get involved! College is what you make of it. You aren't going to get a real college experience if you don't see what the university has to offer.

One fun/random fact about you: I've gone ziplining underground.

After I graduate from SHSU, I hope to: Earn my Master's in Higher Education and work at a university either as an Admissions Counselor or within Enrollment Management.
