As president of The National Pan-Hellenic Council, I attended the National Leadership Conference that was very fun and rewarding.  Some of the topics discussed at the workshops ranged from leadership styles, how to be a success, handling a council with all the new technology and resume building. Each workshop was interactive and was led by members within the NPHC.

During the collegiate luncheon, guest speaker, Past National President Soror Cynthia Butler-McIntyre of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. concluded her speech by giving the “ ” using each letter in the alphabet to stress ways to improve your council. “This was my favorite part…because it was simple yet deep enough to engage and hopefully share with my council so that they may take something away from it.”

Throughout the conference, members had an opportunity to fellowship and make lifetime friends with other undergraduate Greeks from all over the country, and exchanged contact information in hopes of staying in touch.  Back
