The Regional Leadership Retreat held in Arlington, Texas offered participants an opportunity to connect with other members in a fun and engaging environment, and build stronger chapters and communities across the country. This experience teaches participants how to be more effective leaders within their Executive Boards, as well as learn from other chapters in their region. Participants learned how to identify leadership strengths and strategies to help them collaborate more effectively with members, how to become more engaged in their leadership development as an Executive Board, and to exchange ideas with other chapters.

Overall, participants learned how to develop their own unique personal brand, which enables them to become better leaders and assist other chapter members also reach their leadership goals.
