Assistant Director for Student Activities
Donielle Miller, Assistant Director for the Department of Student Activities, is originally from Houston, Texas. As an alumna of Sam Houston State University she double majored in Management and Marketing obtaining her degree in the Spring of 2009. After graduation Donielle accepted the position, Coordinator of Multicultural Student Services. In her role as Assistant Director, Donielle oversees the Multicultural Student Services program area. Donielle also advises Program Council, which is the SHSU student programming board. Donielle received her Master's in Higher Education Administration from Sam Houston State University in the Fall of 2011.
Multicultural Student Services Coordinator
Kevin Collins, Coordinator of Multicultural Student Services is originally from Joliet, IL near Chicago. He graduated from the University of Illinois in the Spring of 2010 with a BA in Sociology and from Texas A&M University in the Spring of 2013 with a Master's in Educational Administration with a focus in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education. Kevin advises Diversity Council, a student organization responsible for the planning and execution of the Diversity Leadership Conference, as well as SAMentors, the Multicultural Programming Committee, and the Caribbean Student Organization.
