Catering to Creatives

Imagine living in a residence hall that also houses stages, screens and studios!

These amenities were designed for tomorrow’s communicators, performers and artists, and are open exclusively to all College of Fine Arts and Mass Communication majors who choose to live in the Belvin-Buchanan hall. This co-ed community consists of diverse students who share a common passion to pursue creativity and expression in the following areas:

  • Please read our brochure to understand general expectations, community guidelines and the rules on equipment use. A description of each studio space is included.

Want to use the space? Check out the floor plan, choose your studio, and email your reservations! All reservation requests must be submitted at least two business days in advance. Any current resident can reserve studio space, theatre space, and/or the art gallery .
