Faculty/Staff Golf Tournament Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Raven Nest located?
Raven Nest is located on the west side of I-45. We recommend using directions from the Raven Nest Website (http://www.ravennestgolf.com/directions.html).

How do I Register?
Participants can register: A) in person in the Recreational Sports Office (RSC 162) with cash, check, or credit card or B) may call the office at 936-294-1985 and pay with a credit card and fax this form to 936-294-1313. The registration form can be downloaded from this website (see side menu) and should accompany payment.

Can I attend without golfing?
Absolutely! You may join us for lunch for $10.00.

Are there any special rules?

Rain-out information
Raven Nest Golf Club makes the decision on rain, please call them at (936) 438-8588. If the tournament is canceled Monday due to rain, those scheduled will tee off Monday, May 20th at 1pm. The event will be canceled if we cannot play on Monday or Tuesday.

*If 31 or fewer teams sign up, the first 22 registered and paid teams will play on Monday, May 13th. All other teams will be put on a waiting list. (In this case, the following Monday, May 20th, will be used as a reserved rain-out day).
