Whether you are having trouble reaching your fitness goals or are looking for a workout to help hold you accountable, KatFit is for you! This class encompasses many of the qualities of CrossFit and your favorite Boot Camp Class without the initimidation factor!

Intramural Kat Fit Games | February 17

Prepare for SHSU's second annual fitness competition. You can attend Kat Fit classes to prepare yourself for this one of a kind fitness challenge. The workout will be revealed the day of the event. Compete in 3 different brackets with men, women, or co-rec.

21 Day Fitness Challenge | Oct. 17-Nov.6

Dates: March 14-April 24

Cost: FREE


This 21 day fitness challenge will push you to establish healthy exercise habits, along with great recipes to try each day of the week! Complete the challenge and win a prize. You can pick up a tracking sheet in any fitness class from Oct. 3-17. Participants must start on 10/17. Those that complete all 21 days will get a towel and a t-shirt, those that complete between 7-20 days will receive a rec sports towel.
