It's the happiest run at SHSU! Color yourself as you do this 3-loop hill-friendly race around the SHSU campus. This 2nd Annual run will surely get you pumped for spring!

Couch to 5K Workshop | February 1

Never trained for a 5K before? Join our personal trainers will be on-site to help you with our couch to 5k program. This program will be help prepare you for our annual Color Em Kats 5K on March 19.

This class will teach you the basics of mixed martial arts while also providing a great workout!

Find the weight room intimidating? Join this women's only strength class and learn how to properly perform strength exercises as well as how to develop your own personal strength program.

Whether you are having trouble reaching your fitness goals or are looking for a workout to help hold you accountable, PT30 is for you! This 30-minute small-group personal training class will help you get results and improve your overall fitness. Each session includes a pre and post-fitness assessment.

Intramural Kat Fit Games | February 17

Prepare for SHSU's first fitness competition. You can attend Kat Fit classes to prepare yourself for this one of a kind fitness challenge. The workout will be revealed the day of the event. Compete in 3 different brackets with men, women, or co-rec.
