KeeleyKeeley Spoon was raised in The Woodlands, Texas, and is currently earning a degree in kinesiology with a minor in health. She is a certified personal trainer under NASM, and a member of the USA Triathlon Association. Although growing up in a house where being healthy and physically active was encouraged and expected, these qualities didn’t come very easy because she was constantly struggling with her weight and tried several different team sports and workouts but none seemed to stick. It was not until her senior year of high school that she found a real passion for running, which started with just a few miles every day and soon increased to half and eventually full marathons. When the running season was over Keeley sought out a new challenge with triathlons. She fell in love with the sport immediately; this led her to help establish a Sam Houston State University Triathlon Team, which taught her to work with a team, to be responsible, and to show up at every practice, on time ready to work. She also realized that while exercise is very important, nutrition is also a key component in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Losing weight is hard; keeping it off is even harder. She has found that when you find an exercise program that is fun and challenging, mixed with a healthy diet, you can shed the pounds easier and keep them off! She will strive to help her clients find the program that works for them and will give them the motivation they need to ultimately reach those long-term goals!

SamSam Stephens grew up in Magnolia, Texas, graduated from Magnolia High School in 2008, and is currently studying kinesiology. Throughout school, he was active in multiple sports and began exercising at a young age. His early introduction to fitness taught him how beneficial a healthy lifestyle can be to the body and mind. This realization has propelled nearly a decade of first hand exercise experience with many different training styles. Creating a personalized program for each individual client is the most important aspect of Sam’s training philosophy. By creating workouts that are specifically designed around the client’s own unique needs, training sessions produce results faster than generalized programs. Your fitness goals are much more attainable than you may think. Sam would love to help you change your body.
