Summer 2014 Class Descriptions

 

INSANITY: Made famous by Shaun T., Insanity will push you past your limits with plyometric drills on top of nonstop intervals involving strength, cardio, and core movements. This class is sure to get your heart pumping!

Total Body Toning: Increase your muscular strength and endurance while learning proper form and technique. This class will utilize a variety of strength equipment including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and more.

CSI: Cycle strength intervals is an all-encompassing class that will take you through a cycling workout to build your cardio, and a strength workout to tone your muscles. Look for intervals of cycling followed by body sculpting strength workouts.

Zumba: The fitness craze that fuses Latin-based rhythms with motivating music, unique moves, and challenging combinations. Ditch the workout and join the party!

Abs for Lunch: A thirty minute workout designed to strengthen and sculpt your core muscles! A great addition to any cardio or strength class.

Kat Fit: What is your workout of the day? This team environment class will utilize a variety of strength equipment including barbells, kettlebells, TRX, and more.
