Class Descriptions


Abs for Lunch: A thirty minute workout designed to strengthen and sculpt you core muscles! A great addition to any cardio or strength class.

Cardio Kickboxing: A non-stop workout featuring kickboxing, athletic training and plyometrics set to heart pounding music. Come relieve some stress and get a great workout at the same time!

Cycle Fit: This indoor cycling class consists of varying speeds, resistance levels and intensities targeted at raising your heart rate and strengthening your lower body while taking you through a variety of sprints and hills.

Cycle Toning: This is an all-encompassing class that will take you through a cycling workout to build your cardio, and a strength workout to tone yourmuscles.  Look for intervals of cycling followed by body sculptiung strength activities.

FlexFit: A 20-minute class that focuses on stretching and muscle recovery. Learn a variety of stretching techniques to do at the gym or at home!

HardCORE: This short workout is designed to strengthen and sculpt your core muscles! A great addition to any cardio or strength class, or after your own personal workout.

Hip Hop: Learn a hip hop dance step by step! Learn new dance moves while getting a cardiovascular workout and having fun!

INSANITY: Made famous by Shaun T., Insanity will push you past your limits with plyometric drills on top of nonstop intervals involving strength, cardio, and core movements. This class is sure to get your heart pumping!

KatFit: What is your workout of the day? This team environment class will utilize a variety of strength equipment including barbells, kettlebells, TRX, and more.

Kettlebells: A functional training workout using a cast-iron weight with a handle.  You'll perform ballistic exercises combining cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training.

Pilates-Yoga Fusion: A yoga and pilates inspired workout that was created to challenge your body through bodyweight exercises and flexibility training. 

PiYo: PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of Yoga. We crank up the music, speed, and fun to give you an intense, low-impact workout that will burn lots of calories and sculpt your body.

Total Body Toning: Increase your muscular strength and endurance while learning proper form and technique. This class will utilize a variety of strength equipment including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and more.

TRX Body Sculpt: The TRX Suspension Trainer is a workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises while leaving you in control of how much you want to challenge yourself. This total body workout will help build a rock-solid core and greatly increase muscular endurance.

TRX HardCORE: Your typical hardcore class with a twist. Utilizing TRX suspension trainers and other core techniques; this workout is sure to be a great addition to your personal fitness plan.

Yoga: This mind-body class does more than improve flexibility. Gain balance, core strength, muscular strength and endurance, and leaves you feeling relaxed.

Yoga Relaxation: A gentle yoga class focusing on stretching, relaxing and meditation. Leave feeling refreshed, restored and renewed.

Zumba: The fitness craze that fuses Latin-based rhythms with motivating music, unique moves, and challenging combinations. Ditch the workout and join the party!
