Refunds and Returns

  ePermits may be eligible for a prorated return based on a pricing schedule formulated by the Parking and Transportation Office.  Incidental double charges may be reversed for the value of the second charge, when applicable. ePermits may be returned or a partial refund approved under the following conditions:

A.  Students

A partial refund may be available to a student under the following conditions:

  1. The ePermit (purchased before/during the fall semester) must be requested for return prior to the last business day in March with documentation that one has graduated or will be studying abroad.
  2. Any permit returned after the last business day in March will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Hourly, Pay by Space, Daily, and Short Term Parking ePermits and transactions are not eligible for any return or exchange.

B.  Faculty or Staff

 A partial refund or exchange may be available to a faculty/staff member under the following conditions:

  1.  Official office and or departmental relocation to a different parking area.
  2.  Separation or retirement from SHSU.
  3.  Any permit returned after the last business day in March will not be eligible for a refund.
  4.  Short-Term, daily, pay by hour, and pay by space parking transactions are not eligible for refund or return.

C.  Visitors and all other Parties

       Long-Term, Short-Term, daily, pay by our, and pay by space parking transactions are not eligible for refund or return.
