Emergency Leave Time Reporting…

SHSU administrative offices closed at noon on Friday, March 25. All employees that work outside the normal 8 to 5 daily schedule will need to check with their managers regarding their schedule.

Please use Administrative Leave type Emergency (EMR) to record time used for non-exempt employees. Exempt employees are not required to report emergency time for this day.

Employee Electronic Tax Form Consent...

Please reference our Online Tax Form Instructions to make your selection for online delivery of your W-2 and 1095-C. 

If you have previously selected online delivery for your W-2, you do NOT need to make the selection again; however, please go and consent to receive your 1095-C electronically. Any printed W-2's will be mailed on January 31, 2015 to the employee's W-2 address on record.

Energy Conservation Day Time Reporting…

Staff employees are required to use either Vacation time, applicable Flex-time or Compensatory-time (Equivalent and/or Overtime), or use the Leave without Pay category for reporting time for the Energy Conservation Day on Friday, March 11, 2016.
