2015 W-2s Now Available Online...

Employee Electronic Tax Form Consent...

Please reference our Online Tax Form Instructions to make your selection for online delivery of your W-2 and 1095-C. 

If you have previously selected online delivery for your W-2, you do NOT need to make the selection again; however, please go and consent to receive your 1095-C electronically. Any printed W-2's will be mailed on January 31, 2015 to the employee's W-2 address on record.

Holiday Reporting for Non-Exempt Employees...

Please report any holiday hours under RGS (Regular Gross Salary) on your online time sheet. For full-time employees the holiday time is 8.00 hours per day, and for any part-time staff please record the appropriate amount of time for your FTE.

If you worked the holiday, please report the number of hours worked in the equivalent hours earned or equivalent paid, whichever your department has chosen, up to 8.00 hours (for full-time employees).

The number of hours that a student is allowed to work each week has changed, along with the parameters for FICA exemption in student employment.  Please see the procedures that will be followed to implement the new policies here.
