About the Program
The Volunteer Opportunities Fair (VOF) aims to connect Huntsville and surrounding area community organizations with SHSU students. Representatives from various agencies are invited to campus each semester to provide information about their organization and ways that students can get involved. Volunteers are vital to helping these organizations fulfill their mission.
Last year, we were excited to announce the addition of a second Volunteer Opportunities Fair to be held at Sam Houston State University’s Woodlands Center. This is a great opportunity to reach out to students that attend classes in the Woodlands, as well as provide Community Agencies located in this region an opportunity to speak to students living in their area about ways to get involved.
