About the Program
Discover Your Strengths is a workshop for students who are interested in learning more about their natural strengths and talents. Participants take the Clifton StrengthsFinder inventory, prior to attending the workshop, to learn their top 5 StrengthsQuest Themes of Talent. Knowledge of these talents allows students to learn how best to lead themselves in order to be prepared to lead others. The workshop will be interactive, energetic, useful, and resource-based where students will learn more about themselves and others in order to facilitate the achievement of academic, career, and personal success.
Attending a Discover Your Strengths workshop will help you:
- Understand and affirm your Top 5 StrengthsQuest Themes of Talent
- Gain an understanding of the Strengths philosophy and background
- Develop an appreciation for the strengths in others
