Creating Inbox Rules
To set up Inbox rules using the Outlook Web App, go to mail.shsu.edu (the direct link) or from our main site click Campus Tools, then on E-Mail
At the top right corner, select Options from the Settings tool (looks like a little gear)
From the Options menu, select organize email
On the next page, select the + sign for new rule options
Then, select Create a new rule for arriving messages...
Filter through the pull down menus and find the rule that suits you best.
