With Outlook open, go to File and select Options.

On the Options screen, select Add-Ins on the left hand column.

Make sure COM Add-ins is selected in the Manage drop down at the bottom of the Outlook Options and select Go.

Check the box next to the Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin and select OK.
