Summer Enrollment 2017

Summer Enrollment is the once-a-year opportunity for employees to make changes to insurance benefits and/or TexFlex spending accounts without a qualifying life event (QLE). Changes made during Summer Enrollment, July 11th through August 12th, will be effective September 1, 2016.

Employees will have two (2) opportunities to make Summer Enrollment insurance changes:

  • ERS has designated July 24th  through August 6th for SHSU employees to make insurance changes via your ERS On-Line account; or
  • From July 11th through August 12th, SHSU employees may complete a Summer Enrollment Form by visiting the Human Resources office located on the fourth floor in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS) Building, Suite 410.
