Towards EXcellence, Access and Success (TEXAS) Grant Program

Students who have completed the Recommended High School Program or the Distinguished Achievement Program in High School and meet additional eligibility requirements will be considered for this state grant program.

Top 10% Scholarship Program

 

The 80th Texas Legislature created the Top 10 Percent Scholarship to encourage students who graduate in their top 10 percent of their high school class to attend a Texas public institution of higher education.

Fifth-Year Accounting Student Scholarship Program

 

This program was established to increase the number of highly trained educated professional accountants available to service the residents of Texas.

TEACH Grant

Through the College Cost Reduction and Access Act of 2007, Congress created the Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) Grant Program that provides grants to students that are seeking degrees in high-need fields and intend to teach in a public or private elementary or secondary school that serves students from low-income families. This grant is available to undergraduate juniors and seniors and to students seeking a master's degree.
