Customer Service

Facilities Management Customer Service is open Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm for any questions or service request. Customer Service is also responsible for processing all of the Famis Self Service Requests, routing requests to the correct service centers, as well as processing emergency and critical maintenance requests.  Our Customer Service Team also distributes and receives the physical keys for all the buildings on campus.
