Program Marketing

UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM MARKETING

Beginning in FY2012, program marketing became a goal of the Enrollment Management Division.  Initially, programs were to receive funding for one fiscal year.  In FY2013, additional funding was given to programs for a consecutive year.  For FY2016, a new format was approved in which eight primary programs and twelve secondary programs will be selected, and the additional year of funding will no longer be provided to the previous year’s programs.  Programs to be marketed each year are selected by the Provost and Deans of each college.   Programs that have previously participated in program marketing, but do not receive funding for the current year, still receive marketing support from the Program Marketing team.

The budget is determined by the Vice President of Enrollment Management.  Budget amounts are a one-time pay for each fiscal year.  Specific details concerning the use of funds are determined by the contact for each program and the Program Marketing team.  If there is a disagreement over the use of an image, text, or other marketing piece, then the final decision will be at the discretion of the director of program marketing.

GRADUATE PROGRAM MARKETING

Beginning in FY2016, graduate program marketing became a goal of the Enrollment Management Division.  Three programs are chosen by the Provost and the Deans of each college.  Those three programs will recieve a one-time pay budget for the fiscal year.  Specific details concerning the use of funds are determined by the contact for each program and the Program Marketing team.  If there is a disagreement over the use of an image, text, or other marketing piece, then the final decision will be at the discretion of the director of program marketing.
