About Us

Meetings

In weekly sessions, Freshmen Leaders participate in presentations and discussions, in order to gain understanding and familiarity with SHSU and its resources, as well as enhance skills and abilities needed to serve as effective leaders in the university setting and beyond. Presentations emphasize diversity, learning, service, and leadership skills and techniques. Members of the Freshman Leadership Program meet every Wednesday during the academic year between 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
