Each member group is autonomous as a social, Greek-letter society of college women and alumnae. Each member organization of the PHA focuses on different aspects of sorority life including athletics, academics, campus involvement, leadership, and sisterhood. The Panhellenic Association provides a way for member organizations to work together and achieve a greater level of success.
